This event occurs when the Policy configuration changes such that a slot who's hardware was previously not capable of running Policy is now within allowable range.
Reboot the slot to gain full Policy functionality on the slot.
Notice
Policy's configuration now allows for slot %slotNum% to participate in Policy operation. Reboot slot %slotNum% to gain Policy functionality for that slot.
